DIAMOND NIGHTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

Please note no refunds are offered unless good are faulty.  Any faults must be notified to us within 7 days of purchase.  Sale items are sold as seen and are non returnable / non refundable. Any non-sale items returned within 14 days of purchase can be exchanged for Credit Note to full value of goods, provided they are in an as new condition. No monetary refunds will be given. Any goods purchased on a postal order basis and returned as per above, will be subject to a £5.00 handling fee.

Where special orders have been placed for clients and goods are no longer required, we regret that these goods are non returnable or refundable due to the nature of the order.

Clients who place a holding deposit on goods and are subsequently unable to proceed with purchase, will be offered a credit note to the value of deposit paid.  This will be valid for 28 days from issue.  No refunds will be made.
